The MyBlood website is a product of Semaphore Group LLC (a.k.a. as MyBlood) an American owned company.  Use of the website is controlled by this explicit and detailed legal agreement.

This Disclaimer, Terms of Use and Privacy Policy agreement ("Agreement") is between Semaphore Group LLC and its subsidiaries and affiliated entities (hereinafter referred to as “MyBlood” “MyBlood’s” "we" or "ours") and you and your agents ("you" or "yours") for the use of this website (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to this Terms of Use Agreement.

Please read this entire agreement carefully. It is a legal notice and as such is legally binding. By using the MyBlood website, you agree to be bound by all the stipulations, provisions, terms and conditions described herein. Data Collection
Like many other websites MyBlood  collects certain basic information about its visitors. We create collective data about users of our website for development and improvement. This information however is limited to marketing and analytical information collected en masse. This information tells us how many visitors we get each month, what are the most and least visited pages, where there may be problems in serving certain pages to visitors, etc.

MyBlood has no interest in personally identifying any of its individual users. Our only  interest is in statistics related to our users. This collective data  provides a picture of visitor traffic to our website. This is essential in monitoring how well our web server is keeping up with our user base.

What type of user information does MyBlood and/or its server provider, authorized agents, et al. gather? Each time a person visits mybloodpage.com, our web server automatically logs a number of details including. These data may not be limited to but include  the IP address of the visitor's computer and/or Internet service provider, the domain name and country of origin of that computer, its operating system, and the type of web browser being used. Heavy stuff for computer geeks and the pencil heads in our marketing department.

Again, this data is collected en masse and does not used to identify, target, or collect data on individual users.
By accessing our website you grant MyBlood use of your IP address to administer our website. This helps MyBlood and/or its hosting agent, subcontractors, employees and affiliates to diagnose problems with our server, to analyze trends, to track users’ webpage movements, and to gather broad demographic information for aggregate use.

Exceptions -  Law Enforcement

We cannot and do not review every posting made on MyBlood. These postings include information from a variety of people with a variety of viewpoints, beliefs, opinions and ideas. We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of any posting, even if they express the viewpoint from a person (or entity) recognized by their peers, the professional, academic or intellectual community as an expert.

Warranty of User
You affirm that you will not use this website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by this agreement.  You are personally responsible for any material, information, text, material, graphics, logos, photographs, audio and video material and stills from audiovisual material, software and advertisements that you send or up load to the sight .

Be A Good Internet Citizen
You agree not to use MyBlood for illegal purposes.
You agree not to use MyBlood for the transmission of material that is unlawful.
You agree not to use MyBlood to harass anyone.
You agree not to use MyBlood in any way that is untruthful.
You agree not to use MyBlood in any way that is damaging to others, their reputation or mental health.

Access
If you access the MyBlood website from outside of the United States, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction. This provision is not included to imply in any way that the materials on MyBlood’s website are illegal, immoral, banned or prohibited by the laws of the United States of America or any other sovereignty. This provision is included because MyBlood cannot accept responsibility for the differing laws of over 150 sovereignties worldwide.

Non Exclusive Clauses
In the event that any of the individual provisions of this agreement or the application of any such provisions to the parties hereto with respect to their obligations hereunder shall be held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining portions of this agreement shall remain in full force and effect and shall not be invalidated or impaired in any manner.

Entire Agreement and Notice
This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and MyBlood with respect to the use of the website. There are no additional verbal or collateral agreements between you and MyBlood. It is the intention of the parties to this agreement that this agreement not be subject to implied covenants of any kind outside this agreement. Each party to this Agreement acknowledges that no written or oral representations, inducements promises or agreements have been made which are not represented in this agreement.
